DIPLOMA of Leadership and Management
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.
DURATION
72 Weeks
Delivery methods include face-to-face classroom-based training and webinars. Students are also expected to conduct self-paced learning activities. Assessment methods include written work, projects, case studies, observations, and logbook/third-party reports.

PATHWAY
After achieving this qualification, students may choose to undertake the BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management or a range of other Advanced Diploma qualifications.
You can also choose a Vocational Graduate Certificate qualification or other higher education sector qualifications upon successful completion of this course.
LLN
Sufficient LLN (Language, Literacy, and Numeracy) skills and are at least 18 years old. Applicants may be requested to take an LLN test.

IELTS overall band of 6 or equivalent internationally recognised exam result in line with DIBP regulations
Successful completion of Senior Secondary certificate of education (Year 12) or equivalent qualification from students home country
