ADVANCED DIPLOMA of Human Resource Management
This qualification reflects the role of individuals with significant experience in a senior administrative role who are seeking to develop expertise across a wider range of business functions.
The qualification is suited to individuals who possess significant theoretical business skills and knowledge and wish to consolidate and build pathways to further educational or employment opportunities.
DURATION
104 Weeks
Delivery methods include face-to-face classroom-based training and webinars. Students are also expected to conduct self-paced learning activities. Assessment methods include written work, projects, case studies, observations, and logbook/third-party reports.

After achieving this qualification, candidates may choose to undertake Graduate Diploma or a range of other Bachelor qualifications.
LLN
Sufficient LLN (Language, Literacy, and Numeracy) skills and are at least 18 years old. Applicants may be requested to take an LLN test.

Successful completion of Senior Secondary certificate of education (Year 12) or equivalent qualification from students home country

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Entry to this qualification is limited to those who:
Have completed one of the following qualifications:
- BSB50320 – Diploma of Human Resource Management; or
- BSB50618 – Diploma of Human Resources Management (or a superseded equivalent version).
Or
Have four years equivalent full-time relevant work experience.
- Must be over the age of 18 years at the commencement of the course
